Celebrating Five Years of Service at Annual Recognition Event

On Friday, 28 February, Townsville Marine Logistics (TML) proudly recognised the dedication and commitment of team members who have reached their five-year service anniversary over the past year. These individuals have been an integral part of TML Townsville’s journey, contributing their skills, expertise, and hard work to shape the company’s success since its early days.

“Reaching five years is a significant achievement, and we are incredibly grateful for the dedication of our team members,” said Jessica Jenkins, Manager HR & Communications at TML.

“Their commitment and skills are the driving force behind our operations, and it’s important to take the time to recognise and celebrate their efforts.”

This service recognition event marks the beginning of an annual tradition at TML, acknowledging long-serving employees for their continued contributions.

In addition to recognising individual milestones, TML recently celebrated its 5th anniversary in operation. To mark the occasion, BBQs and team gatherings were held across our sites, bringing teams together to reflect on the journey and celebrate this significant milestone.

“It’s rewarding to see how far TML Townsville has come in five years,” said Larry Beraldo, Marine Technician, and a recipient of the five-year service recognition.

“TML has grown so much, and that’s down to the people — we’re all great mates, and it’s awesome to be part of a team that values and supports its people.”
